Menstrual Cyce Living has revolutionized my life. I believe it has the power to revolutionize the world for women. I'm here for it, one woman at a time.
For most of my teenage years my period was a bother. I would inwardly groan, then do my best to ignore it and carry on as normal. But then several years ago I stumbled across the idea of living in sync with my cycle, and it has transformed my life. I want to shout the incredible benefits from the rooftops. Every woman needs to know about this. So here I am, figuratively shouting it for all to hear. Your period is your power!
A revolution is defined as a radical or complete change, a movement designed to effect fundamental changes, or a change of paradigm.
Let's shift the way you experience your period. Change the way you experience your cycle, and you will change the way you experience your life and the world.
Your cycle is unique to you, as will be the dance of your energies. Learn to understand them and they will guide you on the most important journey of your life- the journey of being you.

I am a 6/2 Projector. Why does this matter? Our role as Projectors is to see a new way of being, and then act as guides to those who invite us in. The simple act of signing up to work with me or following me on social media is an invitation, and opens the door to a special kind of magic!
I grew up in Cheyenne, WY, lived in Utah for several years, and once again call Cheyenne my home. I am a single mom to three wonderful kids. Some of my hobbies include enjoying the sunshine and outdoors, playing boardgames, rollerblading, and learning! Personal growth and deep conversations are my favorites. I'm rarely without a book, and am generally reading several different ones at the same time. Some top favorites have been Project Hail Mary by Andy Wier, Wild Power by Alexandra Pope and Sjanie Hugo Wurlitzer, Keeper of the Bees by Gene Stratton Porter, and The Women by Kristin Hannah
